About the Attorney

At Lewis Law Firm PLLC, we believe estate planning is one of the most thoughtful and impactful gifts you can give your loved ones. It’s not just about legal documents; it’s about making life easier for the people who matter most. Founded by attorney Samantha Lewis, our firm was built to offer practical, compassionate guidance to individuals and families navigating some of life’s most important decisions.

Based in Austin, we serve clients throughout Central Texas, focusing on estate and legacy planning, probate, and civil litigation. We understand that many people avoid these conversations because they seem overwhelming or uncomfortable. But at Lewis Law Firm, PLLC, we make the process approachable. You’ll find a welcoming environment, lawyers who listen, and legal advice that makes sense for you and your loved ones.

Samantha brings nearly a decade of experience in the legal field in both Federal and Texas courts and a background in economics that informs every strategy she builds. Her training under top estate planning instructors at Baylor Law School and her experience working on both sides of complex legal disputes give her a well-rounded perspective on protecting your interests, whether you’re planning ahead or already facing a legal challenge.

We know there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. That’s why every client we work with receives a tailored plan to meet their needs, goals, and concerns. From a simple will to a complex trust, from a straightforward probate case to a high-stakes legal dispute, we’re here to guide you with clarity and care.

Our mission is simple: to help you protect what you’ve built, minimize stress for your family, and make sure your voice is heard, both now and in the future.

When you’re ready, let us help you take the next step.
