Cannot say enough good things about the Lewis Law Firm! Sam is so kind, trustworthy, respectful, thorough, detailed, organized, and well versed in her field. She made the whole process very easy and straight forward. I felt super comfortable with her and knew my privacy was protected and needs were met. Samantha and Turner are an incredible team. They guided me through getting my will in place with professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication every step of the way. They responded quickly to all of my questions and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and will continue referring future clients to them for years to come. Thank you, Samantha and Turner, for making such an important process so easy!
Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire legal process. She kept me informed every step of the way and explained things clearly so I always knew what was happening. Hiring Samantha gave me true peace of mind because I knew I was in capable and trustworthy hands. I highly recommend her and the firm to anyone in need of legal support.
Samantha is very good at what she does. She is knowledgeable, inquisitive, and carefully listens to what you tell her. I was very pleased with the assistance I received on several important estate planning issues. Trying to avoid potential problems and legal delays with the probate process is particularly important to me. One of the things I learned is that in Texas, you can file, with your county clerk, a Transfer on Death Deed on your property. I received all the guidance and assistance needed for that to be done. I have recommended this firm to other family members as I know they will be treated well and receive professional advice.
A few weeks ago I received an email from the realtor who handled the sale of my in-laws property. My mother-in-law passed away in 2017 and my husband was the executor of her estate. The email advised that there had been a mistake on the property description during the sale in 2021 and they were requesting that my husband sign a document acknowledging the mistake and approving corrections. There were two problems with this request: my husband had passed away in 2022 and I didn’t know if I had the authority to sign any documents on his behalf, and I wasn’t sure what the ramifications were if the document was signed. I advised the realtor that I would contact my lawyer and advise. So I contacted Samantha Lewis, explained the request, forwarded the email to her, and she took over. She kept me advised of her progress regularly, and after the work she performed on my behalf the realtor and his team decided that they could handle the corrections without anything from me. I recommend Samantha Lewis to anyone who needs the services of an attorney. She is conscientious, knowledgeable, and tireless in her efforts on behalf of her client.
