By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or substitutes for personalized advice from a qualified attorney. Transmission of information via the Site (e.g., contact forms, emails) does not form an attorney-client relationship. Any such relationship arises only after we explicitly agree in writing (typically via a signed engagement letter) and after conflict checks and other requirements are met. We reserve the right to decline representation for any reason.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download Content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
If you provide contact information (including mobile numbers), we may communicate with you about inquiries, consultations, or firm updates via email, phone, or text message (where you have consented). For text messaging: Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out (see our Privacy Policy for details). We comply with TCPA and A2P 10DLC rules; consent is not required to engage our services.
The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm, its attorneys, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Firm and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. We encourage informal resolution first—contact us before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding the Site.
