Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://completelegacyplan.com/ (the “Site”), owned and operated by Henington Lewis Law Firm PLLC (“Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Austin, Texas-based law firm. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

The Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or substitutes for personalized advice from a qualified attorney. Transmission of information via the Site (e.g., contact forms, emails) does not form an attorney-client relationship. Any such relationship arises only after we explicitly agree in writing (typically via a signed engagement letter) and after conflict checks and other requirements are met. We reserve the right to decline representation for any reason.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state (including Texas), or local laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or damage it.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
  • Use the Site for commercial purposes without authorization.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, and materials (collectively, “Content”)—is owned by the Firm or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download Content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

4. Communications and Messaging

If you provide contact information (including mobile numbers), we may communicate with you about inquiries, consultations, or firm updates via email, phone, or text message (where you have consented). For text messaging: Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out (see our Privacy Policy for details). We comply with TCPA and A2P 10DLC rules; consent is not required to engage our services.

5. Disclaimers and No Warranties

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm, its attorneys, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Firm and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. We encourage informal resolution first—contact us before pursuing legal action.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.

10. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding the Site.

11. Carrier Liability Disclaimer (SMS, Email, and Communications)

Mobile carriers, internet service providers, and email service providers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or failed communications sent to or from the Firm. The Firm is not responsible for any technical issues, outages, filtering, blocking, or errors caused by telecommunications networks, service providers, devices, or software platforms. You acknowledge that electronic communications (including SMS, email, and web forms) may not be secure and may be subject to interception, loss, or delay. You assume all risks associated with electronic communications and agree that the Firm shall not be liable for any damages arising from such communications.
